The approach to the fired harbour is possible day and night via a designated dredging channel in the leading light (2 F.R) with 22.5°. The channel has a target depth of 2.9m and, like the harbour itself, is very prone to silting up.

Despite the harbour's unprotected position to the south, it can be approached with appropriate care even in stronger onshore winds. The elongated shallow water area usually dampens the swell without creating dangerous ground seas.

Berths

10 guest places can be found at the western jetty on 2 - 3m water depth. Otherwise one lies on free places (green sign).

The fishermen's quay is to be used by yachts only for a short time for bunkering.

Surroundings

Some supply possibilities can be found in the small town. At the port itself you get diesel. A slipway, a mast crane and sanitary facilities are available. You can only pay by credit card, no cash payment possible.

The harbour has STF guest harbour standard.

NV Land Guide

The fishing village of Gislövs Läge, with its core of old buildings, is surrounded by new housing developments. The village was originally just an "outpost" of the village of Gislöv, four kilometres further inland. The fishermen commuted between the harbour and the village, as it was not possible to make a living from fishing alone. In addition, they worked on farms in Gislöv.

West of the harbour stretches the Dalköpinge Ängar nature reserve, a meadow that has existed for 100 years and was once a riverbed. Marsh birds nest among orchids in wet meadows and marsh. The reed warbler and the northern wagtail have made themselves at home here.

At the harbour, surrounded by fishermen's huts, is a snack bar. Fine sandy beach stretches to the right and left of the site.
